Passionate about people and process improvement, Dominique has over 20 years of HR experience and recently served as Board Chair for Soul Shoppe. An avid traveler who has visited over 30 countries, she uses her global perspective to create strategic, engaging experiences that drive elevated growth.

As a former Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at AbbVie, Dominique partnered with leaders and HR centers of excellence to operationalize enterprise-wide strategies that foster an inclusive culture of belonging. Her diverse HR background spans Talent Acquisition, Business HR, Facilitation, and Process Optimization with prior experience at Takeda Pharmaceuticals and Hollister Medical Devices.

Dominique holds a Master’s in Management and Leadership from Webster University and a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Delta State University. Her credentials include a Northwestern University certification in Leading Strategic Change for DEIJ, a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training.
